Welcome to the Victim Resources section of the site. I hope that you are
here out of a desire to educate yourself. If however you are here
because you have already survived a tragic loss, or have been the victim
of a violent crime, please accept my condolences and heart-felt
sympathy.
As you will see, many areas of this section are not completed...thank
you for your patience as I continue to gather information. If you
