Fantasy Cycle in Serial Murder
This is my initial attempt at defining the fantasy cycle
of the serial murderer and will be revised as I continue my research.
The cycle shown above has not yet incorporated serial murderers with
major mental disorders such as schizophrenia. These offenders
often leave "disorganized" crime scenes, which is thought to indicate a
lack of fantasy elements due to limited planning of their offenses.
